  1. on average how many months did it take to see results? i need to get my arms back in shape to hold a blow dryer long enough to dry thick course hair that makes a 4" diameter pony-tail…and they have not been able to get back BC I've been in nursing school for 3 yrs & I hate nursing!! so I'm going back to my passion: Hairdressing

  2. I have a wedding in 2 wks and need to tone my arms which have become very flabby from losing weight. I watched your video and did the exercises along with you and felt the burn. Will this help somewhat in 2 wks? Enjoyed your video. My arms are not bad at all just have become less toned. Thanks

  3. Are these exercises still effective if I can't lift my arms as high as you show in the video. I have a full thickness tear at the junction of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons on my left arm and pretty sure I have a problem with the right arm.

  4. I am determined to get through this workout. I can't do the whole thing yet and I am not using any weights right now. The hardest exercises are the overhead lifts…just can't do them at the speed you are doing them and I DEFINITELY can't do the palms down overhead lift…that really hurts my shoulders but I will get them done…soon :)
